If you need to make a cable bundle stiffer, Place a flexible plastic rod
inside the bundle. This works better than using a stiff jacket. If you
cut up an earphone cable or maybe a mouse cable, many times you see a
plastic filament inside to make the cable stiffer and have better
handling. I think getting this right is more an art than an engineering
exercise. Sometimes I like the spiral stuff better than the split tube
but it depends on the use case.

I think you are going to have to design and print connectors or stain
relief fittings. Maybe a combination of PLA shells and TPU liners? Or
jut the TPU liners used with hardware store parts

The gizmo I  made, printed in tpu might be a better part for this.
Provided I can superglue it to the redesigned J-box I can't make.

I can't make it because of the uncontrollable over flow a bondech LGX
extruder on top of a Mosquito hot end is outputting enough plastic to
make the purge line laid at startup, about 3mm wide and a mm+ deep.

And no  value for an M92 E<value in steps> "415" recommended by
bondtech, makes any difference. M503 C is supposed to generate a
zip on the SD card containing all those settings. doesn't work. Ack the
docs of Marlins site it should.

I've tried all the way down to 50 with no visible complaints, and no
effect on the overflow. So I'm trying to turn down cura-5.1, and just found 50%
isn't enough, 75% is next.

My yard is about 9" overdue for a haircut, so after I give prusa and bondtech
a piece of my mind I can spare, and the weather is momentarily dry, I'll go
do the yard.

Burnout I think is the word.

Take care and stay well Chris.

Cheers, Gene Heskett.
