"Matrixkins" was just added to Master, this  allows you to correct the
motion of each axis based on the other two (only works in XYZ)

Thank you Andy, a lot. It turns out that tramming error was the bigger part of the problem, the G0704's do not have an indicator to re-establish tram if the head has been turned to do a horizontal drilling operation. The perpendicularity error is no worse than 15 thou in a foot of travel, which is probably as good as you'll get for $1195 when I bought it all those years ago now. This will drive me to rig some sort of an indexing method. One that is accurate, and able to get out of the way too. Unfortunately, the pivot point wasn't made for accuracy, only bolting it solid with 4 bolts, all shlopily drilled. One in the center, and a smaller ones at 120 degree intervals around the center. Chinese version of BBLB.
