Just found on the AD598 app notes that there's a Voltage to Frequency
converter circuit using the AD598 + AD652 to make what I need if I want to
use the encoder inputs. The downside is, both chips combined are almost 100
USD, but it's a lot cheaper than purchasing all the marposs units I would
need.
