Well, thatʼs more than plausible¹. So please, do not keep that info secret! But please note, that ‘reliably’ is an important word here. I am aware, that many SKS-running servers are considering themselves functional (and that they are dissynchronized with Honeypuck-running keyserver.ubuntu.com for now too). But I feel not at ease to suggest to use any server, that fails due to timeout most of time, to a man, who had come here to ask “how to reset a passphrase”. - ¹ For instance, I assume, that https://peegeepee.com may be, but it does not seem to be much used, so itʼs hard to be sure.signature.asc
