Ah.  Okay.  But I do not know where else to write.  Could you forward this to 
the right people?

The list is hosted by a commercial service provider, is it?  They might be 
interested in the issue then, since combined with your input, that wrapping is 
disabled, all of this¹ clearly looks like a bug in their setup.

¹ FWIW, the last message <v9kydcz6....@gnui.org> had not been wrapped.  I still 
see no any system in it.
