I would not put it in a way that there is some problem on your side — enforcing a DMARC policy is a legitimate wish in some cases. It triggers the the problem, though, which is on the side of this mailing list — it modifies all the mail passing through in a manner a sensible user would not generally allow (and you do not): changes subject and body, fakes reply-to, thus breaking DKIM signatures, thus potentially failing a DMARC policy. And as a remedy to that, instead of abstaining from meddling with mail¹, it mangles it even more — until no good at all — an example is above by the thread. - ¹ All the three offending options are definitely can be easily turned off in Mailman admin panel.
