gif is only 8bit color remember though... thats an issue :)

and in e17 we are using jpeg for theme internals in edje... BUT jpeg that HAS
alpha! :) thus u will get themes of about the "460k" mark as opposed to 2mb :)

but thats just one of the issues being addressed at the most basic level...
we're talking 0.16.x now :)
