Ah, good man. You've been thoroughly indoctrinated into
avoiding the evil influences of 'dependencies' in 'E', now it's
even for e17 modules!
Indeed, I wonder how many systems e17 is going to run on
that have absolutely no trace of any use of xml on them, or that
don't already have libxml2 installed.
So, instead, "e" should have everyone who needs to parse xml
write their own.. again, and again,... Far better that way.
