Hello, I documented a possible method to provide GTK/QT applicatons with a consistent look in the wiki: http://wiki.enlightenment.org/index.php/GTK-QT-Edje_Theme_Engine Since SoC wont begin until april 21 I decided to take a stab at this if there is any interest. Feedback at this point would be greatly appreciated since I would hate to make some fundamental mistake. I plan to start working on this on Friday 11.
