I suspect he is referring to MSDN licenses? We utilize MSDN licensing at office. All developers have professional/universal MSDN subscriptions, which gives you rather wide latitudes for installing any and all MS products for development and demonstration purposes. You simply download the product from MSDN site, download your key, and go.
