How many persons here have compiled efl natively under windows? Raise 
you hands please!

Even Vincent did use mingw. Which is way nicer to use use from your 
normal dev env under Linux as its just a cross compile. I have seen that 
people used that for efl. I set it up myself recently. On the other hand 
I would never touch windows  for building it.

FInd someone interested in maintaining such a windows build server first 
please before shopping for licenses. :)
