Is this true? Then people will ask how to define "trust". As far as I remember, this was discussed in the mailing list. Don't get me wrong. I am not against giving an access to a good and trusted person butI still think we need a documentation about the permission thing in phab. Or there will be too many exceptions. Thanks.
