To me that means the probie access worksas it should. At least in the sense of them having easier access without us have the risk of getting overhelmed with changes we are not happy with. We have used that model of trust for a long time and I would be fine with giving Sebastian full access. In this case we should really document the way we are giving out commit access to not make folks feel bad that some get access diretcly one some are asked to go with probie first.
