I'm using uzbl as navigator (also with flashplayer) and it also freezed when I wasn't on a site with flash. I also tried by using firefox instead of uzbl (it also freezed)... Maybe the flashplayer is loaded even if the site isn't using it ? But I don't see any information about the flashplayer for that bug.
