There is a menu item that lets you identify a particular e-mail as Junk and instructs Outlook to treat all future e-mails from that individual (?, I don't know all its criteria) as Junk mail. I use this feature to filter out mass mailers from department sectaries, system administrators and corporate offices from the real work e-mails I get.
