The ruling actually decided it was illegal for MS to decide what was junk *and delete it*, thus interfering with the delivery of email. There should be no reason why they can't provide a /user operated/ 'junk assistant' so the user can decide what is and isn't junk. This shouldn't be classed as 'interfering with delivery'. I like this suggestion, the JMF has an 'exclusions' list, why can't it have an 'inclusions' list as well? A quick "This is Junk Mail" button to complement the "This is Not Junk Mail" button would be ideal.
