But you can't _delete_ it without a specific direction. What Microsoft - or any email program like Eudora - isn't allowed to do is automatically delete anything they determine is Junk, without your directing it to do so. And in Entourage you can also set any future mail from a particular sender as Junk. Yes, it takes two more steps: 1) Go to Tool --> Rules --> POP (or IMAP) Rules 2) Select your Junk rule and Double-click it open. 3) Click the Add Criterion button. If you do this while a message from the spammer is in the front, you'll find that clicking "Add Criterion" by default is set to "From" "Contains" "Spammer's email address". You don't have to change any popups or copy or paste anything. All that is done. You just have to click OK.
