Yes, if you have the main window minimized, then anything that happens in Entourage seems to initiate its main "launch" routine. But you're saying that the PW _always_ opens during Send & Receive All? Even if you run it manually, now, by pressing cmd-K, and even though it's currently closed before you run the schedule?
