BUT - there's a yellow button for minimizing. Just learn to use it without so much fuss. Part of any major change - like OS X - is that some things are different. If it's too annoying to learn to do things differently - which is understandable when people have busy lives - just stay in OS 9 and don't change any of the ways you're used to. That's probably about 1/1000th of the interface of Entourage. And it's out of Entourage's control - that's just how OS X behaves. It's part of what we all have to learn to use, like the Dock. Now I'm really used to the Dock and don't like going back to OS 9 where I can't find it. but at first it took some getting used to not going up to the Application menu. Same thing with not being able to collapse windows. I feel I "can't" minimize all my windows - too many. But of course I can - and minimizing is much neater. Then there's the "Hide Front App" and "Hide Others" - great features. Just start remembering to click yellow button instead of red.
