Re: Entourage 2001, Mac OS 9.2.1 To me, Entourage's biggest failing is in the printing department; especially when compared to Now Contact with its excellent printing capabilities but no email (I'd dump Entourage in a flash if Now did email).
My question: When I use Word label or envelope templates, the "insert address" feature always leaves off the company name. Am I missing something in the Entourage or Word prefs? I played around with Office X on my iBook, but it doesn't seem to handle printing or much else that really matters much better than version 2001. I greatly appreciate and use many of the fine scripts created by the folks on this list, but should users really have to download and install a script or use two separate programs to do something as simple as print an envelope. Am I that unreasonable to expect a contact manager to be able to include the company name in the address. I think Microsoft has missed the boat again.
