Once in a while I may get a bit aggravated by questions I may have answered many times before, but not usually on this list since there are lots of other people who can answer those questions so I just let them pass. What got my goat was that Gordon was presuming to insult the people who went to all the trouble to improve Office X _instead of_ asking a question, such as "Have those poor address book and mail merge features in Word 2001 been improved at all in Office X?" I would answered that question quite without any rancour, especially since the answer is so pleasant. I'm sorry for upsetting everyone by my tone. -- Paul Berkowitz -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
