This would keep bringing the whole site down. This was on top of the general situation that if 40 files are being downloaded at once, you get a message asking you to try again later. Evidently there's someone somewhere that keeps bombarding the site with continuous multiple download requests and then tries to download the whole ASC site when he does get through. (I sure hope this isn't you, Harry.) That then brings down the whole hosting site again.
