Turn Preview Pane on for the Address Book. Find your contact, and the preview pane will show you a summary of all the info in the contact record. Hold the shift key down and select all of the items you want to copy to the clipboard. (You can also "select all" to copy everything in the contact, but the clipboard text will then include the field names -- Home address, Telephone -- in addition to the values in those fields.) For me, the easiest way to do this quickly is to hit command+2 (to switch to the Address Book), make sure the Preview Pane is turned on (command+\ to toggle), then use the filter to find the contact in question. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
