He appears to be on the same update as yourself.

Having SR-1 installed as Tal does, he should already be able to have a
database with a maximum capacity of 4 GB.

Good point.  I don't know if this was in the 10.1.1 update or the SR-1.  If
it was indeed in the 10.1.1 update, he needs to download and install 10.1.2.

Tal might just want to update anyway, since I understand this fixes in
10.1.1 affect both Word and Entourage.
