That seems to always be the case.  Because your name includes periods for C
and S, then the name has to be bounded by quotes.  However, in a completely
alphabetic name without any other characters A-Z and space, it will keep the
name without adding quotes.

I wish I could say the same for Outlook and Outlook Express for Windows, as
well as most web-mail services.
