Entourage X on OS X 10.2.3 Is there any way to create a custom view of all email that is still on the server? I've looked through every criteria option I could find and I don't see it. It seems you can't even sort based on that column, which strikes me as odd.
I have many accounts, and since I check mail on some of those accounts from multiple computers, I have those accounts set to leave mail on the server for 5 days, so that the things I need on several computers are available. But often there are many messages that I only need on one computer, so I delete those from the server so I am not downloading things in duplicate that I don't need. Currently, I just use a custom view to show "messages received since x" and then I manually highlight the groups of messages that are still on the server and I choose Delete From Server At Next Connection from the contextual menu. Please tell me there's an easier way?
