Currently, I just use a custom view to show "messages > received since x" and then I manually highlight the groups of messages that > are still on the server and I choose Delete From Server At Next Connection > from the contextual menu. > > Please tell me there's an easier way? You say you have many accounts. Are they on many different servers, or just one or two? If you go into each account's settings, on the Options page you'll see "Allow Online Access". Check it. Now you'll see an icon for each server in your folder list. Go there, and you'll be right "in" the server. When you want to delete, you can sort by date and shift-click masses at once, and/or de-select by command-click, etc. Then just press delete or click the trash button. that marks them for selection. Press cmd-K (Ent X) to do a send $ receive and they'll all get deleted. repeat with next server. If you have only a few servers, this will be the quickest way. -- Paul Berkowitz MVP Entourage PLEASE always state which version of Entourage you are using - 2001 or X.
