Define "as good a job." Making it do a better job is the point of setting up
a profile for OS X. As far as I know, the only deficiency in SpeedDisk is
that it did not recognize OS X system files as critical files. By setting up
a profile, and singling out the major OS X folders for placement at the
front of the disk, that problem is resolved. I've certainly noticed DEFINITE
speed improvements on my system after defragging, especially when I've gone
a long time since the last defrag.

I have not bothered to swap CDs and run PlusOptimizer to check its graph
after running Speed Disk. The performance boost is enough measure for me.
