Title: Office Notifications Quits

This is a problem that has been present for awhile with a user running Jaguar X.2.4 with Office X (10.1.2 update applied). Entourage operates perfectly but anytime a calendar event or task is created with a reminder, the Office Notifications app will open and then immediately quit.

This machine does have multiple accounts on the machine but only this account uses Entourage.

Troubleshooting:

1. Deleted various preference files but so far no effect.
2. Ran Disk Utilities to fix permissions with no effect.
