I apologize for my noviceness with Entourage... 1. I get replies to my messages from clients. I notice that my quoted text often has punctuation errors such as apostrophes that have become commas, quote marks and other punctuation also seem to change to other characters. What is the cause and how do I correct it? 2. How do I sync my work and home Entourage address books? I�m sure this has gone around. 3. Can a default signature file be set to appear automatically so that I don�t have to select it every time? ........................
