Hi, Allen,
I had answered you inquiry for further details, but I am afraid that my reply got lost in cyberspace.
I am using Office 2001. The first time I set up any rule, it works fine. When I try to set up the same rule for another contact, nothing happens. This problem applies to putting people into certain categories or having incoming mail go to specific boxes. I can’t figure out what I am doing wrong. You help would be greatly appreciated.
