Just do what it says. 1. Since you already have the Entourage sub-item, select it and click the "+" button.
2. Type in the name of the Entourage menu or submenu item, exactly. In US versions, the men u item in the View menu is "Next". In Danish, ore whichever version of Entourage you're using, it must be something else. Type that in. 3. Put your cursor into the Keyboard Shortcut box, and press the keys (ione or more modifier keys cmd, opt, ctrl, shift plus one "normal" key) for a key combo that is not otherwise taken for an Entourage menu item, anywhere, or a script. You'll have to look hard to find one. It's the lower-case item (e.g. for numbers and special keys) that's operative. 4. Click OK or out of System Prefs. Quit Entourage and relaunch it.
