Another possibility (Entrouage 2001, anyway) is that the outgoing account 
information is inaccurate or became corrupted.  As I move from one location 
(and ISP) to another, I find I must change the "from" setting for outgoing as 
the one ISP simply won't accept the other.  Perhaps this is because I haven't 
done somthing to span the two, but right now, if I don't get the "from" of the 
email coordinated with the active ISP, nothing moves out.
