Check out Paul Berkowitz's script SMTP Location X 2.2.1

http://files.macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/Entourage/smtplocationx_221.sit

SMTP Location X sets the SMTP server for any or all of your mail accounts
for each location in both Entourage X and in Entourage 2001 in OS X. Even if
you have advanced SMTP settings, such as SMTP authentication or SSL, the
script will take care of everything automatically. You can also choose which
mail accounts to receive mail at each location.

New in v2.2: now runs AUTOMATICALLY (like the OS 9 version) at each
location; can set the receiving server for accounts; fixes a bug where an
account excluded from Receiving wasn't; fixes a bug where the default SMTP
port 25 wasn't restored when resetting.
