I have the same issue. I have no solution as yet. I would like to know if you are accessing any HTML e-mail message before you go back into your account settings.
I notice that customer's that install the full version has no issue with accessing there accounts but for the most part it's the customer's that upgrade from Office X to Office 2004. But then after some (unexplained) period of time, I begin getting the -30588 error again if I want to examine any of my Account settings. Things I've done to try and fix this, but nothing helped: - compact and backup database - rebuild database - export ALL of my data, trash my Office 2004 Identities folder, launch Entourage, Set up all my POP3 and IMAP accounts from scratch. import data. still get the -30588 error. Anyone with insight into the guts of Entourage error code lists be able to provide some insight?
