Thanks Allen, was not aware of this particular data, however, in a test, I
can say:

It does not occur for me here, never.

None of those steps work for me, as the problem is more related to the issue
below...

This does generally work. Which to me, means it is a bug, and a old one at
that. Furthermore, I was under the impression that the MVP's pages were in
no way endorsed by MS, it is not to be considered official documentation of
support workarounds. If there were a microsoft.com tech note on it, I would
feel better in that they know of the issue and are working on it. As it is
now, it has been going on too long and I personally have not seen a reply
from an official on it.

Don't get me wrong, MVP is massively valuable, but in this case, this is a
long standing issue, one that myself hits every single day, and my friends
hit often. I just no longer add attachments as the first thing, but then I
forgot, and and up resending a second email, which is just not professional.

And this only goes to show how hard it is to report a bug, I used to do it
all the time, I wont anymore, the steps you have to go through to do so
actually warranted discussion. No longer is it as simple as going to the
menu in Entourage to send feedback. You end up at a contact us page, that
just does not feel like you are going to do anything more than waste your
time.
