Entourage itself is a third-party app on your computer. :-) I'm talking about anything on your computer, anywhere, that gives any functionality to your keyboard -- in ANY app. Not specifically for Entourage. Any haxies from Unsanity on your Mac? Is the Applescript icon present in your computer's Menu Bar when you are in Entourage? I also mentioned the Keyboard Shortcuts in the System Preferences, which is is not a third-party app or utility but could still affect Entourage. Are those of you having this problem using non-Apple keyboards or mice?
