I haven't changed anything in Keyboard Shortcuts - just have the defaults, and there are no Application Keyboard Shortcuts at all. I have the Apple keyboard which was delivered with my Dual MDD G4, and a Mighty Mouse. I had the problem before I got the Mighty Mouse. I do have iKey installed, and have had it for quite a while, and can't remember if I had the problem before I installed it. Others seem to have the problem without iKey installed though.
