Would it be too costly to buy from overseas? KEH, in Atlanta, is possibly the
most reputable dealer of second-hand equipment in the US, and currently has two
200/2.8Ls--apparently Mk. I--for about 510 EUR (I guess that doesn't save you
much); B&H has the current Mk. II NEW for about 675 EUR--not bad, IMO. For
comparison, look at prices for the 135/2L.  :-)
