I'm using 64bit. Just make sure if you install you do it my right mouse clicking setup and run as admin.
The License manager thing it is always a hit or miss. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it transfers the license sometimes it doesn't. Like trading everything is at your own risk with Meta.
