setup key is for install. What about activation? It doesn't default into trial 
period?

I would first copy the entire equis folder in your C drive as backup, but I 
don't know how you are going to transfer or deactive your current program to 
your new computer.  I'm using 10.! on windows 7 ultimate for years now.
Equis no longer does online activation of older versions using license manager. 
It will online deactivate but it will no longer online activate.
So be careful about it. 


I personally still like the older versions of MS but that is another topic.


P.S. You have to install MS as admin means right mouse click or it won't work 
correctly on Win7.
