It is there, not in the skies, that Downtown Chicago's Achilles' Heel resides. Both as regards security, and as regards potential for making one hell of a mess. As they found out, not too many years ago when someone made hole in a wall that they REALLY shouldna made a hole in. Too bad they didn't have a cow to stuff in it, but the cow burnt up a century before...
