Darick: The throttle quadrant was added with serial #4424. That placed the
throttle and trim on the quadrant in the middle, lower portion of the panel.
Prior to that, a push pull throttle was used, as well as a push pull mixture.
Look at figures 22 and 23 of the parts catalog.
