Actually, current garma components has a strong promise for copyright assignment
to FSF. There should be no new garma component. I am just trying to use the word
to draw the political line between old and new components. But if you
really want
to get the name, I can rename garma to something else and let you use it.
(I just want to group thing for the promise, no intention for anything
about cooperative)

Using a name that we can have .org is a strong point for future
advertisement plan
in my opinion thus I don't think it is a must.
