I think it should go into stable. The reason is that Etoile will - at least in the next few months - probably mostly be used by experienced GNUstep developers who want to see how the project is doing. They'll like to hack around with the code. This is also a good chance to attract new developers. Talking about the Developers directory; I'm not sure if it's there or in the Documentation directory, but for me the UnitKit documentation PDF didn't work in Vindaloo. I'd say it's "unstable" unless we can figure out a way to convert it so something readable.
