Funny enough, we had _2_ cases of this tonight.  X was broken, and it
would start up, flash about 6 times and fail.  And every 5 minutes, it'd
do it again.  annoying but livable.

We fixed one X setup (it was an i810 chipset) and the other (trident
Cyberblade) will be fixed next week
