So... I was thinking, we could just insert:
 ¤º°`°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°`°º¤ø¤º°`°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°`°º¤ø¤º°`°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°`°º¤ø
        
  The Famous Joke of the Day One Liner!
then insert the text after "One Liner!", and before if(m/^From .+\@.+/)
which would save from having to search 
" ¤º°`°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°`°º¤ø¤º°`°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°`°º¤ø¤º°`°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°`°º¤ø

I tried hacking at it a bit... got some ugly results!
