remember the wind mill will be in a 40 to 60mph wind not 5 or 10 mphs
I tried a cooling fan but didn't get a high enough voltage even at 45mphs,
1/3 amp though ..all that the panel meter needs is .012 watts . This is
suppose to look like art so small may be better.

 that comes to 6 watts per batterie (20 bats) and the one tired bat gets the
boast of 60 watts
this may be to much . I Myself would not go over a 8" prop and was thinking
of putting it on the back

Yes and you could put it in a clear box .  also a motor generator in clear
box on hood . You could switch it on inside ,a real interest getter.
