Are you sure about the amperage range ? If so, you could utilize a DC to DC converter for 24v to 12v. As an example, Kansas Wind Power has such a unit, #D341: http://www.kansaswindpower.net/dc_accessories.htm You could likely find one cheaper at an electronics house. Vince
