Hi there,sounds like a great event. To help swapping over cells some sort of 
simple docking would be required. Unlike the Tesla system where they rise up 
out of the floor, perhaps a slide in,slide out box mounted in rear of car would 
be nice. Guide rails and mating connectors would be fairly simple to do. Clip 
on wheels carried in car would help with moving the cells to be a single person 
job. I envisage a quick change over with only a couple of locking pins to 
release the cells.
With good logistics ie support vehicle you could have a very viable race car.
